This male BNC RF connector is specifically designed for crimp attachment to RG58 coaxial cable with nickle plated outer jacket. Customer can crimp attach to RG 58 ccxial cable using readily-available crimp tools with standard crimp sizes:  0.213" for the crimp ferrule and soldering for the pin. BNC connectors connect with a twist lock, making them popular for RF applications.
